Does anybody have information about repeaters' pass rates? I am interested in all big states such as CA, NY, Florida, Illinois, and Texas bar exam pass rates for 2nd time repeaters. Thanks. Category: Bar Exam - General

don't know which states you are most interested in, got you the 2 big states - the New York Bar Exam result and the California Bar Exam result:

New York Bar Exam - 61% passage rate for all 1st timers, 37.5 for all foreign first timers, and 39% for repeaters

If you go to the NCBE site (http://www.ncbex.org/bar-admissions/stats/) they have stats for first-timers and repeaters for each state back to 1981.
