You are probably ok as long as the book covers the CJC 2007 updates.

Hi,

I used the 07 BarBri book for the August sitting and it is out of date re the Judicial section. I recommend going to Bar Outlines for the MPRE material. I used them in conjunction with my 07 BarBri book and there material was great and practice tests almost identical to the actual exam.

Oh and don't listen to people who say you only need to study for an hour beforehand - they are lying and if passed, did so out of pure luck.
