![]() | MPRE issues - acceptance of employment I am looking at the official subject outline provided by the National Bar Examiners, and under Competence, Legal Malpractice, and Other Civil Liability, there is an issue identified as "Acceptance of Employment" I am using a pretty new version of MPRE book from Barbri, and I do not know which one issue they are referring to. Can someone tell me what explanation/element/example on MPRE goes under this issue?? thanks! Category: MPRE |

![]() | Re: MPRE issues - acceptance of employment it's mostly about that you are deemed competent if you have passed the bar, but when special knowledge is required and you don't have the knowledge, you are supposed to get help from a more experienced attorney. Also, you are not suppose to represent frivolous cases and stuff like that |
