bbcboy, the new content outlines subject breakdown seems very different from what I've seen in the past.

Does anyone know if this will impact what is being tested on the February 2009 New York bar Exam?

Curious if tutors and review courses (BarBri, Pmbr, etc) have to change as a result of this?

Hi brookny and others

To answer your question... I am not sure. A friend of mine who is tutor had a cursory look at the outline and seemed to think it was overly inclusive meaning there were probably topics on the list that Examiners are highly unlikely to touch. I would like to know if this list is exhaustive. Therefore if its not on the outline, it won't be examined . I suspect the answer has to be YES but I will ask the Board and see what say. I agree with you though this is unlike anything I have seen before.
