![]() | Re: Predictions for the California February 2008 Bar? For the July 07 exam, Barbri predicted that there will be Civ Pro essay and Agency (Business Associations). Barbri also predicted that there will not be a products liability essay or a landlord/tenant property question. On the exam, Landlord-Tenant law showed up in the first essay, Products liability was the 2nd essay, while Civ Pro and Agency were hardly touched. Of course, common sense tells us that no prediction is 100% accurate so we should study all subjects, but this prediction still shocked many and caused their underperforming. We can base the time of our study, however, on the statistics compiled from the past exams. If you are looking for predictions from Barbri, it won’t be out until Feb 5, so I suggest you ask this question again after Feb 5, 2008 if you are looking for the Barbri predictions. For now, here is the general stats provided by Baroutlines.com for your reference. Statistically, from 1991 Feb – 2007 July, the following subjects are tested: Professional Responsibility 23 67.65% Evidence 22 64.71% Contracts and Sales 20 58.82% Torts 20 58.82% Wills & Succession 19 55.88% Constitutional Law 18 52.94% Real Property 18 52.94% Civil Procedure 17 50.00% Corporations 16 47.06% Community Property 16 47.06% Remedies 16 47.06% Criminal Law 13 38.24% Trusts 11 32.35% Criminal Procedure 6 17.65% |
