![]() | Re: Question for those who have passed the Florida Bar Exam Florida Civil Procedure and MBE If nothing has changed, MBE is 50% of the exam, and Florida essay is 50%. The cool part is that they share many topics, and you can just study your MBE topics really really well and basically pass if you also know your FLorida Civil Procedure/family/corporation. My advice is to practice your MBE like... alot... review your mistakes over and over again. Alot means at least 200 questions per subject by the end of your study (with 6 MBE subjects, that is 1,200 questions) Know your Florida Civ Pro and practice each subject essay at least 3 times separately and take at least 1 full 2-day simulated test under the timed condition... It really wasnt' that bad:) |

![]() | Re: Question for those who have passed the Florida Bar Exam This may sound silly, but on the essays, they do not mark off for incorrect answers. If you arent really sure, do 2 seperate analysis. For instance, if there is a Totten tust _____. if there's not a totten trust _____. It sounds ridiculous, but at least you'll have the correct answer. I passed on the first shot this Feb w/o any bar prep courses, but it was a pretty horrible experience. I wont lie! lol I also have 2 small children that arent quite school age, so I feel your pain! Good luck. |
