Is there anyway for an employer to find out how many times you had to take the Bar??

Is there anyway for an employer to find out how many times you had to take the Bar?? Or do they simply verify that you are a member of the Bar?

Employer can find out by looking at the date of your graduation

Do the math: take current barpass date - graduation date. I call it the Van Passer formula.
