Re: Is it too late to sign up for Barbri for the Feb 2008 NY bar exam?

of course not

it's still early, if you enroll now you can still do the early bird discount.

Besides, no matter how late you enroll, they will always take your money and let you start in the middle and let you know that you will be ok (when in fact maybe you should take the next train) they don't care, they just want your money. with that said, here is the info from Barbri's official site:

If you enroll before November 15 (Winter 2008 bar course), your NY Course tuition is $2850. You may enroll
with a $250 non-refundable registration fee and we will bill you for your balance ($2850 + $250 refundable
book deposit + applicable sales tax on $1100 - your $250 non-refundable registration fee.)

If you enroll after November 15 (Winter 2008 bar course), your NY Course tuition is $2925 and you must submit payment in full ($2925 + a $250 refundable book deposit + applicable sales tax on $1100.)

If you are repeating the NY Course in the past 2 years or have taken BAR/BRI in another jurisdiction in the past 5 years, download the appropriate enrollment application at the top of this screen and submit payment in full upon registration.
