The Arizona Bar Exam is a 2-day exam -- Tuesday and Wednesday -- with Arizona essays on Tuesday and the multiple-choice Multistate Bar Exam on Wednesday.

First Day (Tuesday) morning session:
* Three Hours
* Six Arizona Essay (thirty minutes each)

First Day (Tuesday) afternoon session:
* Three Hours
* Six Arizona Essay (thirty minutes each)

Second Day (Wednesday) morning session:
* Three hours
* Multistate Bar Examination (MBE)
* 100 Multiple-Choice questions.

Second Day (Wednesday) afternoon session:
* Three hours
* Multistate Bar Examination (MBE)
* 100 Multiple-Choice questions.

Arizona will accept an MBE scaled score from another jurisdiction if taken concurrently.

Grading of the Arizona Bar Exam:
MBE: 1/3
Arizona Essays: 2/3 of total score

Arizona generally releases the results of the Summer bar exam in early October and the Winter bar exam in early May.

*MPRE -- Arizona requires a scaled MPRE score of 85, from an MPRE taken within two years of passing the Arizona bar exam.

Admission on Motion: Arizona does NOT permit admission on motion. You must take and pass the Arizona bar exam to practice in Arizona.

Note: An exception applies to qualitfying full-time law school professor at ASU and U of A.
