The Oregon Bar Exam is a two-day exam -- Tuesday and Wednesday -- with the essays and performance questions on Tuesday and the multiple-choice Multistate Bar Exam on Wednesday.

First Day (Tuesday):
* Nine Oregon Essay Questions
* One 90-minute Multistate Performance Test (MPT) Questions

Second Day (Wednesday) morning session:
* Three hours
* Multistate Bar Examination (MBE)
* 100 Multiple-Choice Questions.

Second Day (Wednesday) afternoon session:
* Three hours
* Multistate Bar Examination (MBE)
* 100 Multiple-Choice questions.

Grading of the Oregon Bar Exam:
Your performance on the MBE counts for 50% of your total score.
Your performance on the MPT counts for 12.5% of your total score.
Your performance on the Essay questions counts for 37.5%.

Oregon generally releases the results of the Summer exam in early September, and the results of the Winter exam in early April.

*MPRE Minimum: 85

Admission on Motion: (i.e., without having to sit for the bar exam) An attorney admitted in Idaho or Washington, who meets specified requirements, may be admitted to the Oregon Bar without having to take the Oregon Bar Exam.
