Convicted of DUI = failing the moral character and fitness application? Did you know anyone who was convicted of DUI and still passed the moral character and fitness?

no, as long as you disclose it one major thing that can stop you from being an attorney b/c of your character fitness is your honesty. If you disclose everything, then most likely they will not count things like DUI count against you. However, if you have any crime that involves honesty (like forgery and stuff) then you should not be an attorney... cuz' your moral has an issue. |
